Make sure you're signed in with the same email you purchased with — credits live on your account, not the device. On mobile, use "Restore purchase" in Settings; on desktop, sign out and back in. Still missing? Email us with your receipt and we'll make it right.

That's the detector being honest: the track didn't have enough pitched, coherent material to measure — common for ambient textures, spoken word, or percussion-heavy pieces. The app automatically takes a second, longer listen before settling on Uncertain, and uncertain songs are excluded from retuning so you never pay for a guess.

Retuned songs are saved as WAV files into the output folder you choose in the Retune tab — your originals are never modified. The app shows how much disk space a conversion needs before it starts.
